Attendance

Attendance Policy

  • Students must not be absent without prior permission from the class teacher.
  • Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance throughout the academic year.
  • In case of unexpected reasons such as illness, a leave application form should be submitted by the next working day.
  • Absence on the term reopening day or the last working day is strictly prohibited.
Punctuality

Arrival & Departure

  • All students must be in school by 9:20 a.m. sharp. Latecomers will not be allowed in.
  • Leaving the premises during school hours requires written parental request and Principal's approval.
  • English is the exclusive medium of communication between students and teachers on campus.
  • School diary must be brought daily with parent's signature.
Grooming

Uniform & Personal Appearance

  • Complete uniform is mandatory: Shoes, socks, ID card, and school bag.
  • Proper inner garments are compulsory at all times.
  • Girls must wear tights with skirts.
  • Hair must be neatly cut, oiled, and kept clean.
  • Girls' Hair: Ponytail for short hair, Single plait for long hair. Only black clips/bands permitted.
  • Nails: Must be trimmed regularly.
  • Grooming rules: Girls are not permitted to apply nail polish or mehendi.
  • Ornaments: Bringing or wearing gold or silver ornaments is strictly prohibited.
Discipline

Campus Etiquette & Responsibility

  • Students are responsible for their own books, stationery, and belongings.
  • Bringing money or valuable items to school is strictly discouraged.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of classrooms and school premises is a collective duty.
  • Habitual laziness, neglect of homework, and bad behaviour are grounds for dismissal.
Fee Payment

The parents must pay the fees on time.

  • The first term fees and bus fees must be paid on or before 02nd June of the academic year.
  • The second term fees and bus fees must be paid on or before 03rd October of the academic year.

Disciplinary Note

Irregular attendance, habitual laziness, neglect of homework, and disregard for the school code of conduct are considered serious offences that may lead to disciplinary action or dismissal from the institution.
