Collaborative Growth

Parent's Guide
to Success

We believe that a strong partnership between parents and the school is the foundation of a student's flourishing career and character.

01

Academic Integrity

Active participation in your child's learning journey

  • Regularly check the school diary to stay informed about assignments and progress, and ensure that you sign it daily.
  • Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) to engage in open discussions about your child’s progress and overall well-being.
  • Advise your child to carry the correct textbooks and notebooks as per the daily timetable provided.
02

Ethics & Standards

  • Ensure students come in proper uniform adhering to the school’s dress code.
  • Encourage your child to speak in English to improve fluency.
  • Submit the leave letter in advance for prior permission.
  • Ensure necessary stationery is carried daily.
03

Fee Payment

The parents must pay the fees on time

  • The first term fees and bus fees must be paid on or before 02nd June of the academic year.
  • The second term fees and bus fees must be paid on or before 03rd October of the academic year.

PTM & Meeting Protocol

1. Parents are requested to respect others' time during the PTM. Please limit your discussion with the class teacher/coordinator to maximum of 7 minutes, allowing next parents to have their turn.

2. Parents who miss the scheduled PTM will not be allowed to meet teachers during class hours, break hours or lunch time. Please cooperate and schedule meetings between 4-5 pm on working days to discuss your child's progress.

Safety First

  • Promptly inform about changes to address or phone number.
  • Mandatory attendance for school-initiated confidential meetings.
